The rhythmic treatment of LIEBENZELLER rosin obtained from pure larch
resin with the addition of various metals makes the tone more lively,
warmer and brighter than with untreated rosin.
Increased sound
volume, a large modulation and carrying capacity are characteristics of
an improved sound quality. The natural sound of the instrument is
effortlessly expressed, tonal one-sidedness can be balanced out.
The
bow develops a very good and even response, background noise is
minimized. Fluctuations in humidity and temperature are less
significant, and dust formation is very low.
The GOLD rosin is particularly balanced, the tone is round, full and warm, at the same time radiantly light, slim and bright in the height.
There are 2 degrees of hardness for the violin:
GOLD I is a bit harder and gives the instrument more clarity.
GOLD
II (Art. 501010) is somewhat softer, it softens the sharpness of the
instrument and refines the tone. The harder rosin is often preferred for
solo play.
Clean the bow before the first application. Apply the
rosin sparingly so that the bow has a good grip. Regularly clean the
strings with a string cleaner.
